A feel good story of ordinary ppl
A book about everyday ppl, their stories and difficulties and the capacity for friendship, human kindness and how caring about others, investing in and being interested in ppl can be huge. Safety in numbers and collective success

An absolute delight!
Such a captivating and refreshingly different novel! I didn’t want to stop reading about the hotch-pitch of characters thrown together in this wonderful tale. More please?!

Facts of life
I didn't like how it was so slow at the start but as things went along I started really enjoying myself and I felt really encouraged and inspired to be who I want to be in Christ Jesus.

Loved the characters and getting to know them
Not much to dislike about this sweet book. The narrator was wonderful and the character development made me really engage with the story. Having an Iona in my life would certainly make it interesting!!

A train to happiness.
Clare Pooley has a way of bringing characters to life that makes you not only believe in them, but to love them. Uniting people of different ages, cultures and backgrounds to break down stereotypes and show the strength we share in community; celebrating kindness, acceptance, our differences and individuality. Beautiful.
