About the series: This is a mix between LitRPG and Xianxia. It's like a car that looks like a LitRPG with dungeons and skills, but the interior and engine are all Xianxia. It features a magic system and progression system that are logically and internally consistent, as well as realistic fight scenes and a rational MC.

Loving this series
I am 100% loving this series. This has been really good and I love the characters in it. I won’t say anything to give away any spoilers. The narrator has done a really good job as well.

Great third book!
This is a great third book! The storyline progresses and new characters added, whilst others are left behind. There is also progress made in the MC’s and not just their skills and powers. There are a few possible hints of things to come etc. I also loved the last chapter, made me laugh out loud! Keep writing, keep narrating!

Awesome Narrator
Pronounced Trebuchet correctly. 10/10 would listen to him not mangle a 2000 year old word again.

Lite but worth the time
I am enjoying this series it’s lite and easy to listen to, the character performance is excellent by the narrator,

This is one of my favorite new series I cannot wait for more books. I have listened to the first 2 in the series multiple times and will definitely listen to this book multiple times in the future.

A good continuation to the continuing story.
This book was a great follow-up to the previous one it was very interesting and described a whole lot more features the universe to build upon.
I really enjoyed most of the whole thing I especially enjoyed the part where they met the manager and the very end when we had a proper look at Leon and Mara a bit more of their personalities I also enjoyed when Matt upgraded his armour it has been a point that I’ve been considering ever since I started listening to this series
Overall a great book in my opinion and I can’t wait for the fourth one to come out 13 September.
I wait with baited breath, formulating ideas about with a story might go in and making hypothesis about in which direction C. Mantis Will take the story and I will most definitely be getting the next book in the series when it comes out on audiobook.

Good Book
Overall pretty good, progression felt abit slow but they did developed other skills e.g. sword proficiency instead of tier progression and the ending seems to set it up for a hard push in tier progression in the next boo, C.Mantis brought afew previous characters together without over forcing there inclusion into the main story while also adding new characters which i liked additionally created afew character story lines to follow up with in later books, last i wasn’t super interested in the prince/princesses storylines but it gives depth to the universe and some extra variety to the story as a whole
