A great core wrapped in nonsense

If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?

The core message of a paleo lifestyle being great for health and focusing on high quality unprocessed foods is just lost in the noise of nonsense anti vaccine, doctors are nothing but profit hungry monsters, anything natural is somehow good.

Would you ever listen to anything by Jack Wolfson again?

unlikely

What does Marcus Freeman bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

The presentation was great, no complaints there

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from The Paleo Cardiologist?

Sadly given the nature of the book it's just nonsense propaganda that seems to be primarily aimed at funneling people to buy vitamins from their website

Any additional comments?

Please don't waste your time with this if you're interested in paleo based lifestyle information. The main message of the benefits of trying to be healthy i this modern world is lost in a sea of naturalistic fallacy nonsense
