AmazingLife changing... Don’t hesitate!!!

Totally life changing. I have never felt better after applying Sarah’s techniques. Pain in my shoulder and neck has totally gone, after a chiropractor told me that it maybe something that I may have to live with due to my poor posture. Her audio course is very detailed and easy to follow. Don’t hesitate. This book will change your life!!!
There is also a wealth of free videos detailing the exercises in the book available on her website. I’m not sure if some of the other (kindle) reviewers actually read the whole book. She offers plenty of practical applications.

very repetitive

the book is okay, the start is interesting. i dont know that it translates well to audiobook. its very repetitive, feels like it was written to be dip into where your issue is.

This book could have been summarised in one
chapter. Unnecessary details. A total rip off.
