Proof-listemer needed
The story was okay, a bit on the apocalyptic side for my taste. But I want to talk about RC Bray's performance, this one stood out, and not in a good way. Now I know that as a professional narrator you obviously can't read for like 15 hours without making a single mistake, but this book was RIDDLED with them, and I'm surprised that nobody picked them up. "FUO" instead of UFO early on... Chrissy's quote near the end "that was her dream in my name", and in the epilogue alone were two mistakes close to one another - "viewed the FITTAGE" instead of footage, and '"Well Done" said the figure in the dark corner' was repeated twice.
It's like someone didn't actually do a full listen through of the story to spot these errors before releasing it. do not really RC Bray's fault, but the producer perhaps.

Very slow
A very slow story with a predictable plot. I don’t think I will be reading the sequel. The performance of R C Bray was, as always, very good but didn’t fix the problems of the plot and pace
