Fantastic book; riveting
This book is far more informative and insightful than its cover might otherwise suggest.
I’ve been a follower of Sanyal’s work for a while, though this was my first read/listen of any of his books.
My only gripe is that the narrator often mispronounced words, though this in no way ruined my experience absorbing this book.
This book sheds light on the lesser known battles of military history that were swept under the rug, and thoroughly covers Indian Ocean history from the formation of the Earth to the rise of Singapore.
