Makes perfect sense!
Don't be put off by the title, I am not overweight but just have an interest in nutrition, health and wellbeing. Heavy or thin, everybody should read this! This book is enlightening, it just makes so much sense! It is clearly explained and easy to understand the 'mechanics' of how our bodies work. The narrator took me a few minutes to get used to, but now I could not imagine another voice presenting it, he is entertaining and expressive. Some of the messages are repeated over and over, but there's a reason for that - they are all things that people probably already know, but obviously ignore/forget. It explains why our forebears all ate more fat and carbs then we "think" or "are told" we should, yet they did not get fat! If I had been battling weight gain for years, I think I would cry tears of joy for the information offered in this book! The statistics are interesting and well presented. Save yourself from more years of failing dieting, read this book!!! Highly recommended for ALL ages.

Worth reading Even by Prfessional Medicos
This book is a little technical in parts but is well worth the ready especially for anyone suffering from weight diabetes or caring for those with these problems - some great tips for young mums as well.

At last the questions and Solutions to Obesity Answered
Jason Fung’s book, The Obeisity Code has not only explained how the problem of Obesity occurs but he gives an honest and informative solution of how we can overcome the problem. This book can arm you with the knowledge you need when it comes to successful weight loss.

thought provoking + inspiring manuel on fasting!
Bought the book first but struggled to get through the first chapter, the audio book helps move through Dr Fung's incredible research. great tool to begin the fasting journey with!

A must read for everyone even those not overweight
The Obesity Code is a must read for everyone as it reveals the hard truth about our modern day diet and dispells the myths with proven research and facts. The book ends with proven steps to beat Obesity.

Great book, great narration.
The contents of this book was informative and easy to follow and understand. Some handy him throughout the book made it easy to apply the advice to one’s life. Most especially I enjoyed the narrators voice internation and liveliness when necessary which made the experience even better.

Life changing
Read and reread (listened to over and over) this book several times while undertaking a wholistic change in my lifestyle. 5 weeks in and I can already notice changes in energy and mental clarity - and although weight loss is not significant, body fat reduction is becoming evident. I have also introduced daily morning meditation and rediscovered my love of gardening, which coincidentally have both begun to address my stress and anxiety levels and correct my sleep disorder. I still have a way to go, but at last I’ve found something that works for me. Thanks Jason xo

Very informative!
