Great Way of Writing a Known Trope

The author did really well building out the characters and explaining the back story of what made these characters tick. The slow burn was progressive, which made for an enjoyable listen. There were plenty of laugh out loud moments during this book, and a lot of enjoyable banter. The voice narrator was on point with her performance. Lula really nailed the characters and made the story flow smoothly.
