Fast-paced, action-packed, twists and turns

This story had me gripped from the start. A nightmare is spreading across the world like a virus and one young man is determined to find a cure. But he becomes infected himself and time is quickly running out. This story is fast-paced and action-packed, with mysteries and twists coming from both the real world and within the nightmare.
