brilliant narration
Fabulous plot made better by the excellent narration. The narrator made the characters so real and kept the listener interested right to the end!

Couldn’t Switch It Off
I couldn’t switch this story off. I had to find out what happened. Outstanding story and performance. I will look for more books narrated by Joanne Froggatt and written by Lisa Jewell.

what a gripping book
loved this book. it was intricately woven and beautifully narrated. had me guessing until the end. A dark, twisty tale that I was very sad to have finished.

My 1st Lisa Jewell novel…where’s the next one!
I enjoyed this novel so much that I literally couldn’t stop myself from listening. Every spare minute I listened. I loved the narration, thought the switch between characters was seamless. If I was going to have any criticism, and it’s barely worth mentioning but I thought 2yr old Noah knew way too many words for one so young ;-) Ending was skilfully crafted & mostly unexpected. I now look forward to purchasing my next book by this very talented author. Thank you Lisa, keep up the great book writing 😃
