Incredible evidence based sane support

feel like that scene in Thelma and Louise when she’s I feel awake, awake and feel seen for the first time since I started having symptoms in my late 30s. 52 now and only hrt a year. I only wished I could have been put on it sooner, so many of my weird symptoms described in this book were real and not figments of imagination. I’m gifting this book to my doctor to read asap.
