Publisher's Summary

The stories were all wrong—Hook was never the villain.

For two centuries, all of the Darling women have disappeared on their 18th birthday. Sometimes they’re gone for only a day, some a week or a month. But they always return broken.

Now, on the afternoon of my 18th birthday, my mother is running around the house making sure all the windows are barred and the doors locked.

But it’s pointless.

Because when night falls, he comes for me. And this time, the Never King and the Lost Boys aren’t willing to let me go.

NOTE: The Never King is a reimagining of Peter and Wendy. Characters have been aged up for this darker, grittier version. If you like your enemies to lovers romance with hot, ruthless, morally gray love interests, you’ll enjoy The Never King. You can expect hate kissing, fighting, bickering, and "touch her and I’ll unalive you" vibes. Book one ends on a cliff.

Great twist on Peter Pan and the lost boys

This had me enthralled right from the start. Great story. Great performances from the narrators. I listened to this in one sitting. Off to the second book now.

Meh!

I don't know if I'm interested enough in the story to use 3 of my credits on the other three books. Wjy could the four books be made into one book or a book of novellas as they are short. I enjoyed the performances though

From beginning to end this was a masterpiece!
These Lost Boys have me in a chokehold! Smut with plot and tropes that I adore! 5 stars all around!

If you want pure sm*t here’s the book for you

I wish the characters were fleshed out more. And some scenes made me cringe. The storyline is actually really interesting but all the s*xual scenes took away from it. Basically the main character is the lost boys s*x doll but the twist is … she likes it!

I don’t though. But the plot was good enough for me to be interested in buying the next book.

Advice: ALWAYS wear headphones

Smutty smut smut

If you like smut this book/series is worth a read. Honestly the storyline is a little weak. I was expecting a dark take on Peter Pan with the same exciting, magical storyline the childhood version gives you but completely twisted in a dark way. However it ends up being a pretty basic story based around Wendy’s descendent being stuck, fxcked and out of luck on this island with pan and his lost boys. The story line is kinda slow and drags across the series but the smut is the only thing that got me rushing through to finish so I guess it depends what you like.

Smutty fun

A good, dark twist. A short listen but well read with not bad pacing. This is definitely not a slow-burn, and the MC is up for just about anything. I'm hooked and about to smash out the remaining books just about as fast as Winnie started railing the Lost Boys. This novel is not for someone who wants a well written smutty retelling with deep characters and world building, it is however a bit of fun and a good listen/read.

the never King

The never King by Nikki st. Crowe. Omg where to start. I was told to read this last year and it was added to my tbr pile and I wanted to read it this month.
It is a retelling of Peter pan. The best way I can describe this is Peter pan meets 50 shades of grey but better
