Inspirational Read

nothing groundbreaking; poor narration
the advice itself is mostly common sense or commonly-known self-help tips. I found the narrator's strange pronunciation distracting.

Chelsea's voice
I listen to Chelsea on the Insite Timer App, which is blissful. Chelsea has a beautiful voice & I wish she'd narrated this.
The content is great, albeit a little repetitive. Had she narrated it, I think it would have got away with the personal touches.

Excellent read
I was referred to this book by a friend and she wasn’t wrong so many wow moments - a lot to take on board - ended up purchasing a hard copy as well
