Thank you!
I have watched Mark’s YouTube channel for a while and the book is just more of the same great content - although it goes a bit deeper and the well considered sequence of it makes the content far more powerful. Highly recommend.

This is a must read or listen for anybody really..
This book or the ideas portraid in it apply to each and everyone of us, not just those of us who strugfle at times with our brains. I encourage any listeners to check out Mark's YouTube channel as well because while you can tell all of this information comes from Mark at heart, the narrator didn't exactly capture his presence and energy but it was great regardless!
