Editorial reviews
Patricia L. Lawrence continues her tour of Central America's Mayan sites with a stop at the Mayan World Music Museum in La Antigua, Guatemala. Filled with artifacts important to the Mayan musical tradition, the Museum is a must-visit location for anyone touring La Antigua. Lawrence is at her best in this guided tour. Her explanations and descriptions of her surroundings are informative and entertaining. And of course, she has the museum director with her to add even more pertinent historical details.
