Great little novella giving us a beginning to X and Miles partnership. Voiced as always perfectly by R C Bray. Nicholas Sansbury Smith gives us a world of sirens and hardships. That makes survival for X seem unlikely only to supported and bonded with Miles.

Far too short, but great to hear R C Bray one last time!

I really wish this could have been a full length story, or at the very least a half length one.

Far too short

Fits seamlessly into the help divers world.. but $14 for a book that barely qualifies as a short story? Have to say I felt ripped off

far to short for $$

Mr Bray awesome as always .
Mr Smith more helldivers is always good.
but I must say at 14.95 I do feel short changed.
got a feeling this is part 1 of 2 .
if so make it up to us via free part 2 then sell them at 14.95 for both..
