Great book - terrible music
They music annoyed me. Very unnecessary in such a good book. I would have given the story 5 stars if not for that.

The music is terrible
This would be 5 star if that terrible music wasn’t in it. It doesn’t match the story when it comes in, and totally distracts me from the story whilst playing. Just weird.

Fabulous read from beginning to end
I can highly recommended this as an audiobook book. Entertaining from being to the end and really liked the way the story was wrapped up.

Amazing.
Absolutely loved this book. Having come to it from the TV series, I had high hopes and was not disappointed.
Yes the random music that comes around can be frustrating but after the first few times you get used to it.
Amazing story, great narration.
My new favourite series.
Do not miss this if you enjoy a good legal crime thriller.

Now this is a good one
Haven’t heard one like this for a while but certainly worth it - only disconcerning parts are the music that suddenly appears which isn’t needed but it’s there so be prepared

Great story. Shame about the static and missing bits
Thoroughly enjoyed the story but there were places where some words or sentences were missing. This was disappointing as I missed bits of the story.
This is my 4th audio book and I haven't had that problem with any of the other books. Now, to watch the movie!

What a cracker!
Michael Connelly does it again. I didn’t know how he was going to do it as his first foray into something not about Bosch but this was an edge of the seat thriller.

Another great story by Micheal, love his writing love the storyline and plots. Found the music annoying as no point to it. Good narration

Loved it!
Such a good listen… I couldn’t put it down! Highly recommend it’ll keep you guessing ( even if you’ve seen the tv / movie… ) I loved it!!
