Good story challenging narration!
Good story, believable themes and storyline.
My challenge was the voices used were often over enunciated and too melodramatic. Overdone!

The narrator ruined this
I couldn't get past about an hour of this book due to the narration. She read the book like a whiny little child and it was most unpleasant. I want to read this book though - I think the story would be fine without the narrator. Shame really, as I love Di Morrissey.

Loved this story about Bali
I enjoyed the story of The Last Paradise, the variety of characters, the reference to life in Bali past and present was interesting and informative and I listened to it for ages everyday. Disappointingly I did not enjoy the narrator’s performance so it was just as we’ll I liked the story.

Great Story pity about the narration!
Another great story from Di Morrissey. It was well researched and had interesting characters but the narration really detracted from the overall experience. It could have been sooo much better.

Different than Di’s other books but, really worth listening to.
I really enjoyed The Last Paradise . It felt like Di Morrissey was sharing a story with me about a friend. I have a connection with BALI so I felt like I there too. Beware of marrying someone that you don’t really know . I thought Louise did a great narration of all the different characters .

Spoiled by the narration
This book was totally spoiled by the narrator for me. She has a lovely voice but it was slow, sometimes sounding like a guided meditation and very unnatural.

Wrong orator
I always enjoy anything written by Di Morrissey but the orator's pronunciation was too embellished & distracted greatly from the ability to just concentrate on the story. Had to turn it off!

Loved It❤
Wonderful story. Just perfect. Loved it. The Bay by Di Morrissey was another of my favourite books, and I will add this one to my favourites and read more of Di Morrissey.
