Addresses your inner dieter dialogue

I’m so grateful Shahroo wrote this book because she’s right! I do know how to lose weight, but I was completely unaware of my inner dialogue that was sabotaging my efforts! By listening to this inner voice and committing to a new caring voice towards myself I have already made progress, and it feels like the missing link and the thing that will make my weight loss efforts stick for good. I give myself the kind advice and encouragement that I would give to a dear friend who is struggling. It works. I did the exercises (easy to do) and it’s made a big difference. Thanks Shahroo.
