Couldn’t stop listening
This was excellent. Never dull. It was hard to stop listening as the characters grew and developed throughout the story.

Very nicely read
It's a story filled with great highs and lows covering years of story. I previously read the keeper series set in the future from these stories and I had very much enjoyed them as well.

Surprised
This was such a good trilogy! I didn’t want it to end. story line and characters. Haven’t enjoyed listening to a book in a long time! would recommend

A spectacular epic!
This was one of the best epic fantasy tales I’ve ever experienced! So much joy and loss, frustrations at every turn and yet small victories that start to come together so you can just see where the tale is going. Some of the characters continually made me furious but in a way that kept me wanting more, written in such a way that theres always a ray of hope.
Excellent worldbuilding and complexity. Although its a bit of a spoiler, I recommend reading the Keeper Chronicles first as there are so many little easter eggs and ‘aha’ moments while reading the Keeper Origins.

Love the characters, and beautifully narrated
Love the story and the narration only enhance the overall experience. The characters were interesting and the pacing if the story was also good. Some aspects weren’t fully explained, for example why fast forward into “current timeline” there are only a keeper born every few years when at the beginning in this timeline there seems to be so many magic users. But maybe that will be explained in the future stories, hoping that there will be more stories in this beautifully crafted world.

Not up to expectations
The book never gripped me. The writing was predictable and flat. I persevered because reviews said it got better, but it didn’t really hit me like other books have.
