For anyone wanting health and energy
Great message. Thank you. I have Hashi’s and was scared off iodine but finally getting the message of how vital iodine is, not just for thyroid but all tissues. Just at the beginning of this journey but hopeful. I’ve even started putting it in the animal water!

Amazing info but narration is dry
I have bought a paper copy of the book because the audio book is hard to follow finer details.
It's not really written for narration, and the narration is dry. However the content should be spread far and wide, it's shocking that this information isn't known everywhere based on the historical knowledge the medical establishment used to have about Iodine.

A absolute crucial read for everyone, as practically everyone living in the Western world is Iodine deficient.
This book contains everything you need to know about Iodine, and more!

An amazing and eye opening audiobook
This was a great audiobook that does a great job of not only spelling out the steps to investigate for yourself, but also the history of how we got here.
It felt at times to be targeted to women seeking answers to breast cancer questions, but it is worth it for men as well as we're all affected.
