Publisher's Summary

In a nutshell, this book is all about two things:

  1. Becoming the boss of your own mind.
  2. Exploring the "you" behind your mind.

What sets this book apart is that it's not your typical self-help guide. It's penned by someone with more than 30 years of real-world experience, helping people master their inner worlds across various fields, from business to sports and everyday life.

The Inner CEO is incredibly relatable and easy to digest. It weaves storytelling with memorable metaphors and profound insights. It's engaging and practical, without being preachy or too academic. Before you realize it, Shane's highly personal anecdotes draw you into a book more profound than you expected.

As you listen, you'll find yourself nodding in agreement, thinking, "Yes, that's exactly how it is!" But you'll also notice positive shifts in your mood and perspective, as those "aha" moments keep happening. The Inner CEO puts forward the idea that success and happiness in life is less about adding more knowledge and more about subtracting the conditioning that limits our potential.

The truth is that we all hold the power to change and grow. True success isn't about following someone else's path; it's about uncovering your own and, in the process, discovering how to thrive. This book is your trusty companion on that journey. Taking control of your mind is the secret to unlocking your best life. Think of The Inner CEO as a friendly guide on your quest for self-discovery and transformation.

Great storytelling & outstanding message

It's not a book about being a corporate CEO. It's a book about being the boss of your own mind,

I've read hundreds of books on business, self-development, and the mind. This page-turner is easily among the best ever. Why? Shane's master storytelling with highly personal anecdotes draw you in, and before you realise it, you're deeply engaged in a book more profound than you expected.

He doesn't just talk about your mindset, he addresses the question of what or who is the real 'you' that observes your mindset. This is far beyond what you'll find in the large majority of books on the mind, success or management. It also goes much deeper than what's in his podcast. You might easily find this book life-changing and want to share with friends be they a CEO or not.

As an experienced podcaster, he does a great job narrating this book.
