About this listen
Many of us long for spiritual connection and divine guidance - the wisdom and ability to make decisions that benefit ourselves and the greater good. But we've been conditioned to think and act selfishly, in ways that limit our access to the divine, with false, programmed beliefs that often result in suffering, addictive behaviors, and spiritual disconnection.
The Inner Bonding Workbook can help you heal your psychic wounds and move beyond false limitations to achieve at-will, moment-by-moment connection with the divine. You'll learn to move past the junk thoughts and junk food that can create a toxic environment and that keep you mired in low-frequency feelings like anxiety, depression, guilt, and shame. You'll discover how to attain the self-love and accountability necessary for spiritual connection and guidance.
And, most importantly, you'll learn how to take responsibility for every aspect of your life - physical, emotional, financial, relational, organizational, and spiritual.

A very important book for deeper self healing!!!
I really loved the holistic framework, for healing from trauma, that Margaret Paul offers in this audiobook. I have read a lot of personal growth books that talk about inner child work but this model is a great synthesis that takes things up to the next level. I have listened to it twice now and gleaned a lot each time.
It is an antidote to some of the more linear and less dynamic therapies around. The only disappointment I had was that the author did not narrate the book as I think this would have added more depth to the presentation.
