PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

The voice artist was so good I sometimes forget it was only one person and marvelled at his talent throughout the entire story. The story itself was not only entertaining, interesting and engaging but it was thrilling and “more-ish”. This is a Kiwi term to describe something you have trouble stopping…like potato chips. The unique approach and modern language made super easy to follow despite the 2000 year history it covers. I had no problem moving back and forth through time like I often do with some books. There was enough description of details to make me taste the Asian cuisine but not too much to annoy. Literally just perfect in every way. Thanks so much for all your hard work bringing this tale into my mind.

Exciting archeological adventure

As someone who studied Archaeology at uni and has a love of Chinese culture, I really enjoyed this story.

My only criticism, and this is not of the voice artist, who did a great job, was that the voice artist chosen for this was not Australian or a woman. This story is about an Australian Archaeologist who also happens to be a woman. It would have been great to have an Australian voice actor read for this or at least a woman. While it it does not detract from my rating as it was a good performance and I enjoyed the story, It just would have been good to have it read in our accent.
