About this listen

The Immune System, Autoimmune Diseases & Inflammatory Conditions

If you want to know how the immune system functions, what are autoimmune disorders and conditions, and how you can maintain a healthier body, then this book is for you.

There are ways to improve your immunity against inflammatory conditions and even eating disorders. Health is more than looking fit, the right weight, shape or, following yet another crazy fad diet. We are what we eat, and it is most important to find out exactly how the immune system works. This book will explain the immune system functions; how it becomes impaired; what autoimmune diseases are; what proper nutrition is; types of deficiencies and toxins to avoid; tips on eating healthy; how you can improve and strengthen your immune system; alongside other benefits.

Before you embark on any form of immunity improvement or diet plan with the help of a medical professional, it is crucial to understand basic immunology. The immune system is an incredibly vast network of cells, tissues, and organs that coordinate your body’s defences against threats to your health. Without a healthy immune system, there is no protection against billions of bacteria, viruses, and toxins that would transform anything minor from a paper cut to a seasonal cold, fatal. So how does the immune system work?

Robotic and un-relatable, money back please

This audio book was written without taking the reader into consideration, machine gunning statements without context or purpose at the reader by what sounds like a computer generated text-to-voice program.

My experience of this book was as if someone downloaded a free PDF of a immunology text book, copy and pasted it into voice to text program and uploaded straight to audible with a budget cover.

Zero heart went into this production and was not very effective in educating how the immune system works instead you just get bombarded with labels for different parts of the system and not how they function and fit together or how it relates to everyday life.

I will be requesting my money back.

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
