all about the narrator
hmmm where to begin... hands down the narrators sold this story for me, although LJ is an outstanding writer, I have loved every book. The story was a great mix of suspense laughter and heat. I have enjoyed the journey of these books and can't not wait for the next installment.

A good listen
Great story and the narrators were awesome, particularly Jason Clarke.
My only issue was neither the storyline or the narrators voices quite seemed to fit with the two main characters being teenagers though.
I found I could connect with the story more if I thought of the characters as being a few years older, perhaps early 20's and having slightly more maturity.
Great storyline otherwise and kept me wanting to find out what would happen next.

It’s time
I’m probably LJ Shen’s worst fan
After finishing the Hotholes series I devoured everything else
Except the Totholes I didn’t not want to read about my favourite couple Dean and Rosies next installment
If I avoided it , it didn’t happen. I did not want Dean going on to meet someone else, yet I’m a second chance romance fan
But when you know the character it’s a no go for me
So I went into Hunter with a lot of trepidation
Also I don’t do “ young” and he was still 19, but yet it didn’t read like he was 19!
He frustrated me at first with his behaviour and thoughts to wards women and life. Then I said to myself hes 19 remember
I loved it loved him loved his story loved Sailor, loved how she was Sparrow and Troy’s daughter, loved Knight and Luna’s part in this book. Then it hit me , I needed to go back and pull my big girl pants on and read the Totholes, despite my hard limit of Rosie and Dean
I was missing out , missing out on these young men that were part of this story
So to me this book was more than just a great book, it was a turning point and it was history from previous books that I had not experienced
So thank you LJ Shen and the fact that I listened on audio first is a first in itself for me
It was meant to be this way It was meant to be , listening to Hunter help me realise what I needed to do
So I can’t wait to listen to The Villain BB 2 and then the monster 😍
Also I actually bought on PB Broken Knight as I knew one day I would get to it
I see it every day beside my bed , begging me to read it.
So I will
The hardest de idiom is do I go BB 2 or ASH 1

Loved this book!
Hunter is so vulgar and graphic, but I got used to it and enjoyed it the humour. I loved the banter between hunter and sailor. Great performances!

Had me giggling the whole way through!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This book was an awesome read! The story kept me enthralled with a little angst, mystery, laughter, lust & eventually love. Hunter’s inner monologue was hilarious. His thought process & even the things he said had me giggling the whole way through. His character development was huge although I found him staying true to his cocky asshole persona until the end.
The way the author turned my view of the family around really impressed me. I honestly didn’t think I could come back from the negative way they treated Hunter through out the story but I did! In particular Killian, I was that annoyed with him that I wasn’t even going to read his story (The Villian) because I didn’t care for his POV. But I’ve changed my mind! Firstly though I’m heading back to read Angry God (All Saints High - book 3) to find out why Hunter takes off to England near the end. I need to know!!!
Over all it was an intriguing journey and the narrators were awesome. Especially the male he was so perfect for Hunter!

I love this series and can’t wait to read the rest of Boston Belles.
Hunter just makes me smile.
With Sailor as his partner, Hunter is able to be the best man he can be.

Well worth the purchase
I'm a big fan of LJ Shen her books keep me hooked and in random bursts of laughter. was cool to follow the story of hunter too after following the books about knight and vaughn

I love LJ Shen!
This was another amazing book by Shen! Jason Clarke has such a sexy voice and he was the perfect voice for Hunter. 😍😍😍😍 Look forward to the next book in the series. Can’t wait to hear it on Audible.
