Twenty-nine-year-old workaholic Libby Dewitt lives by the motto "if you fail to plan, you plan to fail." She's finally about to start her dream life with her steady-as-a-rock fiance, Richard Tomy. Together, they're the perfect power couple - right down to the fact that he's agreed to use their honeymoon to help further her career in mergers and acquisitions. But 10 minutes before the wedding, her dreams dissolve via text message.
Devastated and humiliated, Libby escapes to Paradise Bay alone. She's got two goals for her trip: to devise a plan to get Richard back and to convince resort owner Harrison Banks to sell his property to her company. Unfortunately, when she arrives, she discovers that tall, dark, and built, Harrison is not about to make anything easy for her.
Instead, he derails her plans while at the same time, bringing out a side of Libby she's kept carefully tucked away-a carefree, adrenaline junkie. After a few days together, Harrison's got her wondering if the life she always wanted was meant for some other girl. Suddenly, Libby must decide which version of herself she wants to be.

Fun, lighthearted story
I was getting tired of the same romance books, but found this one entertaining and easy to listen to. The voice of the 32 year old male character sounds more like a 50 year old, but i could overlook that for the story.

Nice Story but change narration please
Whilst it was a sweet story, the 32 year old male character is voiced by a 50/60+ male. It just sounds wrong. As the two narrators never speak in the same scene, it would have been better just getting the female narrator to do the whole book. Her “male” voice was more suited to the age of the male character. Was hard to picture the two young characters together when one sounded so old.

You need to change the male voice!
The story was fine but would have been so much better if the male voice was more suited to a ‘handsome young man in his 30’s’ rather than sounding like a 60+ male, you just could believe there was chemistry it would have been better letting the female narrator read the whole thing.

Terrible Male Narrator choice
The male narrator does not fit with the character and is distracting. Too old and 'proper' for the character. couldn't listen past chapter 5. Disappointing as I think I would have enjoyed this book.
