Publisher's Summary
When everyone on the planet suddenly freezes in place a single artificial intelligence threatens the survival of humanity.
From bestselling author R. R. Haywood comes a heart-pounding sci-fi adventure about a group of survivors fighting to take down the all-powerful DELIO - the world’s first fully sentient AI.
When a mysterious event leaves nearly every human being on the planet frozen and unaware, a desperate few will do whatever it takes to prevent the AI from controlling the fate of humanity.
In New York, one of DELIO’s creators joins forces with a washed-up suicidal detective and a young film maker with a dark past, while in London convicted drug dealer Alfie is saved by an abused young woman trafficked into London – together, only they can stop DELIO.
But can they do it before it’s too late?

Another great read By The Boss
I only started with Mr Haywood's writing about 2 years ago with The Undead series (bloody awesome) and was hooked in the first couple of pages. Delio is no different. 100% recommend this title and everything else in his catalogue.

Fantastic listen
A must listen for fans of techno thrillers and the Extracted trilogy. A bit harrowing in parts and tough to stomach early on, but the scales eventually balance so do continue listening. Now when will Book 2 be released??

Captivating and Entertaining
Now more than ever, the potential danger of AIs is something that we need to be aware of, and DELIO illustrates this. As usual, RR Haywood created compelling characters that are easy to love or hate (or both). He mixes difficult topics with humour that had me both laughing out loud and thinking about the topics discussed for a while.
The narrators brought all characters to life perfectly and made the narrative entertaining. I only lament having to wait for the next instalment in the series.

Complete rubbish
No science fiction, very stupid stereotypes.
Wrong science fiction. Child like conclusions. Feels backwards.
Couldn’t continue anymore.
