Secret history a plus to read

Worth a read/listen. It gave clear indication, research and evidence of this spice. Enjoyed the indications for use with good prescription.

The Tumeric story.

Science without scientific evidence. Liked it as a vegetarian. Hated assumptions and repetitive information. Nice but average. As a medical specialist found it hard to swallow and rather average. OK as a story or history of Tumeric, but too much about nothing at all.
