A shining light on an under acknowledged people

Thank you for this, I've always been aware I was sensitive but I felt as though I was almost being read like a book. Giving me a greater understanding and appreciation for what I am as a person. I recommend this to anyone that feels like a bit of an oddball or black sheep, this will most likely help you in your journey.

A great journey in getting to know and understand myself.

I found this book incredibly helpful in learning about myself and coming to terms with my sensitive nature. So many past experiences can be understood now.

If you believe you are a sensitive person this book will greatly improve your self awareness.

Insightful, helpful, science based

Highly recommend this book to anyone who suspects they are highly sensitive. I loved how it uses Elaine’s and others scientific research to support the trait of high sensitivity and how she frames it as a different trait that is neither inferior nor superior, whilst still showing HSPs their strengths and the positive things that come with being highly sensitive.

Very Interesting

I listened to this book after reading The Highly Sensitive Child which I also enjoyed. I was worried the content might double up but it didn't and I found both books to be well worth the time.

Understand HSP’s

Helped me understand and embrace myself as a HSP. Would be great if non HSPs read this to understand us better.
