This Book & Mel Robbins - will Change your life!

I am a HUGE fan of Mel Robbins, she and her books have got me through the pandemic and the many many lockdowns we have endured. She has lifted me up and pushed me forward. Now that we can venture out again this book has given me the skills, the techniques and the strategies to step up, to be a better me, to believe in myself, to role model to my kids, to take those first nervous steps toward my dreams as embrace them, set goals, achieve said goals and have less stress in my life (which is always a good thing)! Thank you Mel - YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR and guess what? So am I! 👍😘

Was like she was talking to me

Every part of this book felt like she was in my head. It has helped me see these little steps can truly make a difference in your mindset and life. The high five feels awkward at first especially in a public mirror but damn it feels good afterwards.

This book ticked all the boxes. Spoken so clearly and perfectly as if having a conversation with her, which made it easier to absorb, but also so very helpful and realistic. Definitely recommend to all.

Magical

There are soo many nuggets of wisdom and joy in this book, it’s hard to pinpoint what my favourite part is. I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone, go on, give it a go.
