Disappointing

Lots of VETY first world advice.
Seriously not worth my membership $14.95
Annoying narrators. Very little useful information. Really bought it for the advice on sleep which was useless. I was just encouraged to not do all the unhealthy things I already don’t do. Turning this back in. Very disappointing. Lo
