Absolutely Life changing
My daughter was almost 6 months old when I found this book. Since 3 months of age she had been waking in the night from every half an hour to 3 hours and would scream for up to 3 hours straight (often waking crying 7 x or more throughout the night). I would often feed her to sleep in desperation as I couldn't figure out any other way to sooth her. Naps were always a fight too. Often we had an hour of tears when trying to sleep in the cot and she'd be lucky to get 30 minutes or less sleep before waking up screaming again...she was lucky to get a total of 2 hours of naps throughout the day over 4 naps.
We attended a sleep and settling course with my local health service and also had a few phone calls with our local council sleep and settling team . We were a week away from hiring a sleep consultant...I came across this book and thought it was worth a try. It's been truly life changing!! We are only a week in to sleep teaching . We now have a much happier,well rested baby (and mumma)! She goes down for 95% of naps super content, sleeps a full sleep cycle and wakes up happy post nap. Nights have been much nicer with just 2 dream feeds. In the last week she has only cried for 30 minutes one night and has had 2 early wake ups but was able to settle herself back to sleep independently in less than 4 minutes.
Thank you so much Sarah, I will be forever grateful. I feel like a new human now that we sleep.

More of a gentle method with guidance
Loved the method Dr Sarah suggested and the book will help from birth to months old. Not a strict plan, she understands every family and baby is different. Comes with a 'Insider ' website with resources.
I have already identified where I can improve and the crutches I am creating with my 4 week old. She is now in the cot longer!
