Great tools for making everyday life easier

Loved listening to this audiobook. Great narration by the author. Easy to understand with lots of tools and exercises which I've been able to incorporate into everyday life. Quite different to many other self-help books, Highly recommend you check it out.

best methods for mental health

loved it! I got the physical book and now just finished the audio version. The methods in this content work perfectly, they may take practice but are very simple to follow. Thank You

Very Insightful Stuff

This book was recommended to me by my therapist, and I must say, i thought i knew how to regulate my emotions, but listening to this audiobook has given me a new set of skills that have really helped to make that task easier.

Informative and Inspiring!

Russ Harris presents useful tools to help you deal with life's challenges. He doesn't gloss over how this can be difficult but in a humourous way helps you rise to the challenge. I loved listening to this audiobook so much I bought the hard copy too!
