Great for understanding baby led caring

It was a bit repetitive in some sense but overall talks about the importance of the 4th trimester. Goes in depth about colic and how baby led caring is great for new borns

Love!

Great advice and tips!! I appreciated the 5 S’s “checklist”; we will utilize all of these. I also liked how theories were disproven and backed up with scientific evidence.

can be condensed in 5minutes

extremely repetitive. very long winded to explain simple concepts. 5minutes on youtube is better value.

Seems basic

Seems like basic information that you can find with an easy google search but in a long winded version.
