Incredibly well written, easy to understand and implement

Dr Gina Cleo has written the book of the year. This masterpiece is packed full of incredible information. Her unique approach and experience has allowed her to develop one of the most potent formulas for habit change. I’ve noticed incredible results in all aspects of my life as a result of implementing the strategies in this book.

Excellent, helpful and compassionate

Dr Cleo really knows her stuff. She also narrated the book very well. I enjoyed listening to it and it is helping me to change bad habits and start and keep doing new ones. Thanks and well done, Dr Cleo.

Micro tips to make Habit Change the real thing!

To me, personally, amazing book! she collected so many special researches and put it all together to show us how change is about mindset, but it relies a lot on habits, sometimes small achievable habits. And to start the habits you just need to Start!
And here I am trying the tips!

The information was just so relevant and easy to relate to!

So helpful to me, in fact I’m getting rid of bad habits so easily and creating new good habits easily.

Habits can be changed

This book is amazing it help me understand how we can grow as an individual and change, what we believed to be true is not always the case.
