Publisher's Summary

Drusinella is a fairy with attitude. Banished from Fairy Land, because she has the nasty habit of turning princes into frogs with no way to change them back, she now has to live without wings as a punishment. When she receives a surprise invitation to a fairy party Drusinella is overjoyed, but, despite her excitement at being allowed to return home, she soon finds that the Fairy Queen has no intention of giving her wings back.

Miserable and wandering alone, Drusinella is captured by fairy hunters who intend to force her to help them take back their hometown from evil wizards.

A stupid princess, Camria, saves Drusinella from them, which by fairy law means she must grant her deepest wish. It is, of course, the one thing Drusinella hates more than princes: true love. Now the two go on an adventure to find the prince of Camria’s dreams (who, in all likelihood, has been turned into a frog by Drusinella). But will the sarcastic fairy be able to put aside her dislike of princes for long enough, or is she destined to remain as the rude and grumpy fairy she always was?
