About this listen

German Shepherds fall in the category of "herding group" and they are working dogs that were originally developed to become guard and herding dogs. The military and police worldwide frequently use these dogs because of their obedience capabilities, intelligence and noteworthy strength, all of which they are famous for.

The American Kennel Club, which registers dogs, says that German Shepherds make up about 4.5% of their total. It has been said that because of their protective and exceptionally loyal nature, German Shepherds are one of the breeds most often registered.
