Lots to think about and apply

The Fortune Cookie Principle provides great insight and stories on each of the 20 principles and asks pertinent questions at the end of each chapter to help the reader find their story, their intention, their desire to serve their customers. I look forward to what comes as l apply what l discover from my answers.

Lots of great nuggets to implement right away!

Loved this. Finally a coherent and intelligent book - read by the author - that explains why you need brand storytellign and how it sets your business apart. Great to spend 3.5h with this guru.
