Ok
It is a convoluted story with lots of plots going on.
It dwells on the mundane and the everyday a bit too much. Reads like a soap opera at times.
Dora ‘bites her lip’ too often.

I feel like I have been left with a cliffhanger
The husband was just plain horrible. He cheated on his grieving wife and just kept cheating. The wife was a bit of an airhead seesawing between I want him and no I don’t love him. Then the husband gets entangled with his conniving mistress, and I couldn’t feel sorry for him. I was hoping for better.
