Question: What Is Your Book About?

THE FORBIDDEN FRUIT has five parts:

Part I and Part 2

A journal I wrote while experiencing the process of caring for my dying husband. The first part transcends into his death, and learning to cope with my new role as a Widow.

Part 3

The Part about sex and drugs. (Sorry, no porn). Critics have expressed disappointment in lack of a timeline. My purpose was to focus on my experiences of life, without the shadows of factual time and places. My hope is to be an inspiration to others facing the same challenges described in my stories.

Part 4

A month before my late husband transitioned into the next world, I arranged for a weekend retreat with my closest girlfriends. Discussing how my friends would cope, being in the same situation, I found inspiration with an answer: "my husband told me if I die, he will join a Monastery". I didn't join a Monastery. I volunteered for a three month teaching job in Nepal. Part 4 is a daily diary of my 82 days in Nepal.

Part 5

A True Ghost Story. If you don't believe in Spirits, Mediums or God, skip this part. An experience my "Paranormal Mentor" and I shared that was intensly impressive.
