Fun time!
I’m the kind of person who doesn’t read instructions or blurbs. I just open the thing, enjoy the ride and hope for the best.
I had fun with this one and was pleasantly surprised by the omegaverse in Romantasy dragon rider world. I mean, if i read the blurb, I wouldn’t have been surprised… but I didn’t and I was OOoo 😮 on my way to work listening let me tell youuuuu.
Now, was this a mind blowing world? No. It was pretty basic in its world building. There was no confusion and for the most part, it was all just political ‘I want this land!!’ rather than ‘wtf is the lore behind this gem stone in this sword and why does is exist?’
So anyway, back to the omegaverse. We do have some good old fashioned KNOTTING 🪢 and our fmc is indeed a Virgin Mary who has no idea what a knot is. BUT she is fierce and doesn’t really put up with his shit so I could deal (usually not into the virginal thing bc that insinuates a construct that I do not like).
What else can I tell you… it’s captor/captive. He’s older and has been waiting 500 years for his mate and won’t let her go. Also cliffhanger. Also also fun audiobook.
