You can’t have it all…
Firstly, this audiobook takes agesssss to actually get to what the “Fast Metabolism Diet” actually is. You hear her say you can eat everything you love and anything you like, then she gets to the restrictions, where you actually can’t have everything, even in moderation. The book in general is a very long winded version of what could simply be on a couple pages
