Full of Golden nuggets

Great listen!
Easy to follow, straight to the point, easy to implement information to help you map out your health goals. .

Mark teaches you the core concepts of health and fitness that sustains you for a lifetime

So many training and diet guides completely miss the point on how to implement lifestyle changes, but Mark portrays this really well. I love that he talks about the fundamentals and is able to link this into so many health & fitness concepts, and reminds me that its the basics i need to get right forst & foremost. A great read for a beginner in fitness, or even a seasoned trainer looking for inspiration and new perspective.
