Great Book!
Great book that provides open and honest look at leadership in church and how as a leader you need to look at yourself. It challenges you on many levels and makes you stop to think about motivations and how you can implement the tools it provides.

really insightful reading
This was a huge help in considering how to best relate to people in a healthy way. Great advice, really helpful, mainly through the lens of one person and a few times i was left wanting a different viewpoint or deeper psychological examination, but overall a helpful read

Scazzero is a modern day prophet
If every church leader read and applied this book, most of the issues churches experience would diminish or disappear.
