About this listen
A lot of Erickson's methods involved the production of a trance state in his patients. This concise book presents a convenience summary that you can use so that you can immediately begin to apply his approach with your clients or patients.
Milton H. Erickson, MD was an American psychiatrist who pioneered several indirect or permissive hypnosis techniques. He also developed several naturalistic techniques using metaphors and stories. He is one of the two most important figures in the development of hypnosis and hypnotherapy in the 20th century. His techniques have been used in behavioral and medical applications.
This is book 8 of the Embracing Ambiguity: The Worlds of Ericksonian Hypnosis series.
