Great detailed book

The book is very well thought through and exciting to read. It has a strong emphasis on the underlying issue of insomnia. Highly recommend it.

It works

It is the best thing I have ever tried to improve my sleep. I have done it for two nights so far, and two nights of good sleep, the first in months.

She has a good suggestion for insomnia, just stop worrying about it. but she does do what she says you shouldn't do A LOT, a bit hypocritical. i.e don't spend your hard earned money on remedies that don't work, 'go to my website and use this special code to buy my products' etc. 'Don't believe in any sleep remedies, my remedy will cure you'

Nailed it

After suffering with insomnia for 5 years, the first few chapters described my situation to a T. Counter to other sleep advice, this book shows you how to relate to "insomnia" and does not expect you to base/change your whole life around trying to sleep. You will need to be honest with yourself but for what it's worth after 5 years I am getting perfect unassisted sleep, and I am still doing all the things I always have, the advice is non invasive and does not expect you to change much, a few little routine tweaks, but the biggest help was in explaining how your mind relates to sleep.

No products are required, all the advice is in the book. Really unbelievable for me but I'm now sleeping like a champ!
