Very relaxing
I’ve never felt so relaxed and instantly felt more relaxed as it went on. Definitely recommend. We will have to see how this helps aid weight loss :)

One of the best!
For the past 10 years I have done all sorts of hypnosis and meditation. This has got to be one of THE BEST.
Deffinetly a tool Ill use frequently. If you want to feel healthier and better about yourself this is for you!

Great listen
Really enjoyed this relaxation method, I think I fell asleep about half way through and woke up right at the end. The narrator has a relaxing voice, will definitely listen to this again.

Fell asleep
My first time listening at bed time I didn’t finish it conscious 🤣 but it’s great because I’m the type to keep myself up thinking for hours this was very relaxing and kept me mindful enough to fall asleep fast. I’m impressed

My wife loves it
She listens to it every night and it helps her relax and fall asleep. She's been having a lot of trouble sleeping and wakes up often in the early hours of the morning. She just listens to the book again and it helps her to fall back asleep. My wife loves the author's voice and especially his British accent.

I listen every night
I switched using Mounjaro for this hypnosis book and I believe it is contributing to my success. I think about food far less than pre-Mounjaro and have the ability to make better food choices.
The bonus is I fall asleep easy listening to this book

Best sleep remedy
Thus dude is so boring & monotone that I fall asleep in 10mins. I actually don't use it for the weightloss but actually a sleeping tool hahaha

I was skeptical, but wow.
The sensation was very strange, I almost felt like I couldn't move, and it freaked me out at first, so much so I had to move my arms and legs to check I was good 🤣 It was a transcending experience.
