A must read for ANY business.

Being a marketing coach, I was unsure on how many systems in this book would apply to my business, ignorantly assuming that this was more for bricks and mortar business. I was wrong, the systems in this books apply to ALL businesses and was a great kick up the a** for me! ;)

Great Book

As the author says towards the end - you must understand this book to get any benefit out of it.

If you dont. Your wasting your time.

As painfull as it is, you may need to read it twice.

Doing business? A MUST Listen!!

Excellent narration. If you're in or going into business, this almost timeless book is a must. The information is presented in an effective conversational narrative style, which makes it easier to digest and understand. Practical and actionable, I wish I had heard this book decades ago. But NOW I HAVE!!!

Good content but...

I liked the content and found some things I related too. only problem I had was I was zoning out alot due to the sound of his voice. Otherwise it would of been great.
