I Can Actually Enjoy My life now.

This is an amazing book, I can actually say for once that this is a life changing book. It's not your typical diet book as it helps us dieter sufferers or emotional eaters like myself get a hold on things.

Finally I can see my yoyo dieting stopping but also feel like I can actually enjoy my life. The mental exercises are a game charger for me.
